Reservation Fee Schedule

Reservation Fee Schedule:

A deposit of 50%, and a $25.00 processing fee are due with signing the lease. If reserving your vacation by phone or e-mail, a lease will be either e-mailed or mailed out to you. Lease must be signed and returned with the deposit and processing fee, within ten (10) days. If Lease and payments are not returned within ten (10) days, your reservation will be cancelled.

The balance of the of the rent, with the damage/cleaning deposit is due thirty (30) days before check-in. If payment it late, cash or certified check may be necessary for method of payment.
