Brian has spent a lifetime at the Jersey Shore.
Brian was born and raised in Cape May. Growing up behind the desk of his family's beachfront hotel, Brian learned early on the value of a solid work ethic. From their miniature golf course to their hotel to saving lives on the Cape May Beach Patrol, Brian has done just about everything one can do growing up in Cape May. He even handed out fudge samples at the
Fudge Kitchen and eventually opened his own beach supply company at age 16. Having grown up along the Southern Cape with sand in his shoes, Brian has developed intimate knowledge of not only Cape Island, but various other areas, including The Wildwoods, Stone Harbor, and Avalon as well as many areas along the mainland of Cape May County's Barrier Islands. His
background in the accommodations industry has helped give him perspective on why people vacation at the Shore, and this experience has helped him to develop a special level of empathy with his clients looking for second home and vacation properties.
Brian understands the importance of education, as well as experience.
Since completing his studies in Small Business / Entrepreneurship at Florida Atlantic University, Brian continues to sharpen his Real Estate skills by pursuing various Realtor(r) designations. He recently received the E-Pro designation, which is an advanced course on technology and its use in the Real Estate industry. Brian is currently pursuing both the GRI
(Graduate Realtor Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designations - both of which are among the highest designations a Residential Sales Professional can achieve. The Real Estate Industry is ever changing, so it's important that a client be confident that his or her Realtor remains current on industry tools and trends. Brian's clients can
rest easily, knowing that he continues to pursue education in an effort to be informed on all facets of the Real Estate Industry, from legislative issues to technologies and techniques which will allow him to better serve his clients.
Brian remains committed to the area and to his work.
After graduating from college, Brian returned to the island that he loves and knows so well. He and his wife Jessica have made their home in Cape May County, and Brian is proud to be a successful member of the Cape May business community. Brian is as loyal to his clients as he is to his hometown. Whether he is running out to photograph the newly listed property
that would be 'just perfect' for out-of-town buyers or personally installing fire extinguishers and carbon monoxide detectors prior to a fire inspection, Brian is not afraid to "roll up his sleeves" and do whatever it takes to create a smooth and stress-free transaction for both buyers and sellers.
